We have a double room to rent in our large four bedroom house in Ravelston/ Blackhall area, Edinburgh. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and its own en-suite shower room with toilet. Room is for rent at £120 inclusive of all bills Monday to Friday. You will have access to a shared kitchen, dining room and lounge. We are happy for you to store your belongings here over the weekend. We have wifi and digital television. We are a 5 min cab ride from Haymarket station and near all main routes into town. We are around 25 minute walk into the city centre or 10 minutes by bus. Only a 5/ 10 minute drive from the city centre and 15/20 mins drive from airport or easy to reach us via the airlink bus service. The house has a large garden private parking and is in a green, leafy and peaceful part of Edinburgh. We are both professionals working in Edinburgh and have a young son and would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
